I have a confession to make. I am obsessed with this double step class that they offer at Lifetime Fitness. I have always loved step class. Double step is even better but this instructor is amazing! She is tough and her choreograph is so much fun and hard and I love it! The hour goes by so fast because you are busy making sure you have all the moves right and the music is so fun! I look forward to Wednesday mornings every week. I know, I'm silly. You can ask Alan, this class is my drug. I come home from this class with so much energy and I feel amazing after this class. If any of you love double step class and want an amazing workout, I'd love for you to check it out to see for yourself how much fun this class is. I get 2 free passes every month and would love for any of you to come, if you want. :) You haven't experienced a great class until you have experienced this instructor!

My Fav Thing!
P.s. Just a side note. Did you know that Salt Lake City is the fittest city in the whole nation? Isn't that so cool? Way to go SLC! :)
*Oh and I almost forgot! I chopped my hair off 7 inches! It sure is a change. Pictures to come.

I think it's love!
I'm in love with Luna Bars! I used to eat these all the time a few years back and just stopped. Don't even have a reason, just did. Well I was at Target last week and saw them so I bought them. Even Alan loves them! If you haven't tried these you have to! They are amazing! The best part is they are all natural and are only 180 calories. My favorite ones are the Chocolate Peppermint Stick. So good! If you need a quick snack to grab on the go, this is for you. Hope you love them as much as I do!

We got sealed!

It's official! Alan and I finally got sealed on Saturday. It has been quite the ordeal since we got engaged. Since Alan has been sealed in the temple before it was a long process to get a clearance for us to get sealed. We were only engaged for 8 weeks making it too hard to get a clearance that fast. But, good things come to those who wait. It was such a wonderful experience because we have been wanting this for so long and if finally came!
I was fortunate enough to have one of the apostles perform the sealing. Elder Christofferson was college roommates with my Dad 40 years ago which gave it more meaning. It was so neat just sitting there listening to him. He is such a spiritual man. Alan would kill me for posting this but he was really emotional which meant so much to me. He is not one to get emotional about much so it meant that much more to me. It was such a sweet experience and I feel grateful to be sealed to him for time and all eternity.
I wanted to take pictures to remember this special day. My brother Bradon took these for me. Other people took more pictures but this is what I have so far. More to come.
