I'm 32. Really?!

Can I please stay 29 forever? Every year just goes by faster and faster. I turned 32 yesterday and had such an amazing birthday! One of the best ever. Why was it so perfect? Because Alan had to be up in Wyoming on my birthday and I wasn't expecting to see him at all. By noon he had called me 4 times to tell me he loved me and to wish me a happy birthday. I was trying not to let on that I was super bummed he wasn't going to be around. I could already tell (by the 4Th phone call) he was feeling pretty bad about not spending my big day with me. I am on a bowling league. I'll get back to that. Towards the end of it I looked up and guess who walks in the bowling alley? Yep, my very sweet husband! He drove down (2 1/2hrs each way!) to surprise me and take me to lunch then headed back up to WY. I ran up and hugged him and just cried. It meant more to me than anything he has ever done for me. The fact that he took 5hrs of his already crazy busy schedule to make my day special meant the world to me! I'm one lucky girl!

OK, about bowling. My dear friend Angie (the one on the right) invited me to join her bowling league. It's up in Layton at her husband's bowling alley he owns. So it's quite the drive for me but so worth it. I really love my team and we have a great time. I really am a horrible bowler! Horrible! But we just do it for fun. Angie made my day really special as well. She brought balloon's, cookies and a gift for me. She's so sweet and it really made my day.

Since I was single for most my birthday my sister took me on a date. We went and saw When in Rome and then went to the Melting Pot. Mmmm! I love the Melting Pot. So good! Thank you Laralee making my night so much fun.

On top of all of that, I got many phone calls, text's, emails and messages on FB from friends. Thank you everyone for being so good to me and making my day so great! I couldn't ask for better friends and family.

Tomorrow we are off to Vegas to continue the birthday fun! We are going with our good friends (Angie from above and her husband Ron) to finish celebrating my birthday and of course Valentine's Day. I'm so excited to get 4 whole days (uninterrupted) with Alan. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!
